When you sign up to become a preferred customer, you’ll receive up to four tune-up visits annually at the listed address to maintain and ensure the proper functioning of your HVAC equipment. In addition, you’ll enjoy a 15% discount on parts and labor; the plan is transferable. Your maintenance visit will include the following checks, if applicable:
- Inspect relays and contractors.
- Inspect and lubricate all motors.
- Safety check all operating controls.
- Check pressures.
- Measure airflow.
- Verify refrigerant charge.
- Clean or replace filters provided by customer (excluding pleated, media and electronic).
- Sanitize indoor and outdoor coils.
- Inspect condensate pan and drain.
- Verify amperage and electrical connections.
- Clean drain line.
- Monitor starting capabilities.

- Annual Preferred Customer Maintenance Plan: $170
- Communication Maintenance: $199 ($99 per additional zone)

Commercial Preferred Customer HVAC Maintenance Contract
